Facilitators (Part Time/Freelance)
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate outdoor learning in a small group
- Conduct training programmes for both youth and corporate groups
Requirements:
- Proficient in English and preferably Mother Tongue
- Enjoy working with people and love outdoor
- Have a positive attitude and is willing to learn
- Adaptable to changes
- Able to manage and work with difficult participants calmly
- Able to attend training/briefing programmes organised by the company
Optional criteria
- Experience in working with youth
- Prior leadership experience
