Hi,

We are an Interior Company (SME) who do customized curtains and blinds.

We would like to have a freelance accounts exec who could help us to sort out our accounts as per the following:

1) Using Quickbook online
2) Payment vouchers entry
3) Bank in (cash/cheque) from customer entry
4) Account payable
5) Bank reconciliation
6) Petty cash vouchers entry
7) Advise us on accounting matter
8) Cost of goods sold, record using excel and calculate the % of gross profit for each invoice.

You will need to do the work in our office at 16 Arumugam rd, next to Macpherson MRT station. It would be better if you could use your own laptop.
