Technical Service Writer
Responsibilities:
• Write user guide, training guide documents to be used by English speaking service end users. Writes and revises technical information about software. This include gathering and organizing technical information in preparation for training session.
• This is a project based assignment.
Requirements:
• Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering graduate with English writing proficiency
• Must have at least one year experience in writing technical documents including any of the following: software users guide or training guides
• Excellent communication & organization skills, with attention to detail
