Looking for freelance web designer

My company is looking for a freelance web designer to work on 1 x website (partial flash with CMS) and fine tuning on existing website from HTML to partial flash. Est. completion is within Jan.
- Able to build a website end to end with CMS knowledge and ability
- Proficient in web programming such as HTML, CSS
- Flash knowledge and able to create based on design provided.
