Freelance web / php developer
I currently have about 6 projects on hand and I need to sub out to other freelancers to do. All of these are mission-critical and hence I need the following;
1) No downpayment / deposit. I will only pay upon job completion. If you need case / reference from other freelancers whether I am a pay on time / promptly or not, drop me a mail and I can provide you the contact of those whom I have been dealing with and they will be able to tell you whether I am a good paymaster or not.
2) As I always consider all the projects I receive as mission critical, below are the payment terms and condition;
a) I give you the project document and details,
b) You analyse and get back to me on time and cost
c) Once I receive, I will then go through your offerings and decide.
d) Eg: if you tell me saying that it'll cost you $200 and ready by 15th Dec 2010, Then I will make you an counteroffer and increase the payment to $340 if you can finish the project by 7th Dec, and the amount will decrease all the way till $200 by 15th Dec. That is to say you'll get to earn NOT $200 but $340 if you finish early by 7th Dec. But if you finish only on15th Dec, you'll still get $200 as what you wanted. However, if you exceed the dateline, then I'll decrease the payment by $40usd every day. In short, so if you are delayed and finished the project only on 30th Dec, by then I am sorry but I am not interested in the project anymore and you will not get paid.
e) You'll not be working alone entirely on all these projects but with other programmers which I'll introduce to you.
3) This is a long term relationship. I'm trying to explore to see if I can get any good freelancers to do project basis on a constant basis. If this prove successful, there will always be at least 2-4 projects every single month for the right freelancers.
