Freelance Programmer Or Programming Team Needed
I'm looking for a single programmer or a programming team to come up with a system for my bar, My Bar is only accessible for people in my company so i will need a program which is able to record each personal's purchases and usage of the bar, and certain requirement is need. I am willing to negotiate the price with anyone who is willing to do this job.
The Requirement: From which day you accept you will be given 4 weeks to finish a demo for me and you will be paid half of whichever the negotiate price maybe.
Every Personal must have their own account which after scanning in their business card on the barcode scanner, it will reflect in their account the time, day and the amount of drinks taken.
The system must have refusal program where it will refuse personal who has 3 months to their contract expiry.
All records must be able to be consolidated daily, weekly, monthly and yearly. To be kept for 7 years.
System must also be able to allow personal to key in their business number into the system to go to their account if they did not bring their business card, a password system must be there also for security.
Each record of purchase must be protected and unchangeable.
An administrator account must be created to be allow system administrator to access all accounts of all personal.
No MYOB, Visual Basic or FreePOS.
To use .Net Framework, with Visual C# Express 2010.
