Freelance Job Assignment- Experienced photographer
Project POST-me-Card is a meaningful project that aims to stimulate foreign interest in Singapore. More importantly, it will allow local artists/photographers an opportunity to publicise their works effectively.
Three categories of postcards—ten designs each—will be printed to portray different aspects of Singapore, with tourists as the main audience. These postcards should strive to capture the interesting contrasts, vibrancy and local flavour in Singapore.
Who should participate in Project POST-me-Card?
Anyone who is interested in and are capable of creating artwork and photographs creatively can apply. Students currently training to establish their careers in art/photography are especially encouraged to participate in the Project.

Why participate in Project POST-me-Card?
• Write-up and email of artist/photographer printed on postcards
Artists/photographers whose works are selected will be given credit for their photography/artwork. A short write-up of the artist/photographer will be included at the back of the postcard featuring his/her work. The artist/photographer’s email address will also be added to facilitate potential contacts.
• Extensive publicity in Singapore
To ensure maximum publicity for the artists/photographers, we will attempt to display and sell these postcards in as many retail stores in Singapore as possible.
• Worldwide recognition for artists/photographers
Through the sale of the postcards to tourists from all parts of the world, the featured artists/photographers will stand a chance to gain worldwide recognition for their works.
Participation in Project POST-me-Card is on a purely volunteer basis. As the Project aims primarily to generate publicity for the selected artists/photographers, no monetary compensation or rewards will be given.
Artists/photographers whose works are rejected will be notified. We apologise however that no compensation will be given for their time and efforts spent on this project.
How to participate in Project POST-me-Card?
Applicants are welcome to submit as many photographs/artworks they like. In fact, they are encouraged to send in at least 5 photographs/artworks of different designs.
