We are looking for

* Web Designer;

* You will design Web Sites, interfaces, ad banners, logos & graphical elements for Websites

* Web Developer;

* You will be developing Website

Requirements


# Web Designer;

# Strong design skills using Adobo Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator

# Thorough understanding of designing for the Web

# The ability to think through user experiences & build easy-to-use interfaces

# Flash experience preferred, knowledge of ActionScripts a plus

# Working knowledge of XHTML & CSS a bonus

# Web Developer;

# 1 to 2 years of experience programming in Ruby-on-Rails

# Knowledge of database server (MySQL)

# Experience with JavaScript & jQuery

# Experience with XHTML & CSS

# Knowledge of Web Standards a plus

# Experience with Web 2.0 applications & Subversion (SVN) a bonus
