I need a freelance programmer, who can develop a site. The site primary functions is for DVD Rental web based system ( with an extra feature).
Must be able to code in ruby on rails or cake with knowledge in MySQL. Must be familiar with social site development and 2.0 design concept.

Primary Functions :
1) User interface
a) Ability to rent or buy rental items
b) Ability to purchase points
c) Ability to purchase gift certificates
d) Monthly membership
e) Restriction on number of rentals based on a few values.
f) Extra Function (confidential at the moment)
2) Admin Interface
a) Ability to add new catergory
b) Ability to add new products
c) Ability to maintain users accounts
d) Payment module.
e) Add different type of memberships based on different values
f) Simple logistics to view to facilitate delivery of CD/DVD
g) Send Notification to all users or restricted users.
